Our data also suggests that over 90% of Patch records do not need to be edited or changed post-visit. That said, we are acutely sensitive to the importance of doctor specificity and candor. Thus, Patch provides doctors with the ability to read, update, and edit the SOAP before it's is loaded into a formal medical record and/or an email is sent to the client.

No, Patch is designed to work with or without a PMS. If you choose not to integrate with a PMS, there is a simple cut and paste option, so you can populate patient records as you see fit.

Patch’s hospital-facing interface is intentionally designed to populate with only relevant SOAP notes and client communication. However, the Patch system automatically stores full recordings and transcripts of all conversations in perpetuity; These can be easily accessed by the customer, as needed.

Patch serves as a service provider or processor and processes personal data pursuant to a written agreement with veterinary providers. As the data controller, the veterinary provider is responsible for complying with any applicable privacy or data protection laws and for directing Patch with respect to its handling of personal data.

Your account will be active 365 days from the subscription initiation date for the Annual Subscription or monthly for the Monthly Subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew for another year on the subscription initiation date anniversary.

You can cancel or terminate your subscription at any time upon written notice to Patch. Please email us at info@patchvet.com. If you choose to cancel your subscription, Patch will also disable all PMS integrations, if applicable.
There are no refunds or credits upon any termination regardless of reason for termination. Please review the terms and conditions for services for additional information.
